磁力反應釜維修及保養

Maintenance and maintenance of magnetic reaction kettle

　　1、磁力反應釜各潤滑部位應經常注油。

　　2、磁力反應釜墻板密封部不應有原料泄露現象。

　　3、磁力反應釜皮帶松緊程度適宜，定期檢查調整或更換。

　　4、磁力反應釜蒸汽管道不允許泄露，機器停用時應關閉閥門，并保證安全閥壓力表的可靠性。

　　5、剛使用可能出現黑料現象主要是機器運轉后沒有及時調緊產生軸與填料間的間隙，母料返流間隙填補空間加熱后產生老化變成黑料，在真空時就容易將黑料抽進攪拌缸內。此時請將主軸上的填料箱（兩邊四組）上半片打開（松開內六角螺絲），將里面的四氟填料取出后，前面的四氟圈清洗干凈，后面重新換上新的填料調緊。一天檢查一次一有松動立即調整填料間隙（不要調死）。

　　7、注意：

　�。�1）磁力反應釜加熱系統屬于高溫介質，使用前應小心謹慎，切忌使用手查測管路及本機臺是否加熱以免燙傷。

　�。�2）磁力反應釜電器附近應設有警示牌。

7, pay attention to:

(1) the heating system of a magnetic reaction kettle belongs to a high temperature medium. It should be careful before use. Do not use the hand to check whether the pipe and the machine are heated so as not to scald.

(2) a warning plate shall be provided near the electric appliance of the magnetic reaction kettle.
